The question nobody wants to answer

In May, I said something on camera that stuck with me: I started this series because God put it on my heart to start the conversation most people are afraid to have. I never really explained the origin story beyond that single clip, so let’s talk about it. Why ask people if they're happy? Because we spend most of our lives running from the answer. We stay busy, we scroll, we hustle, and we avoid looking in the mirror to ask the one thing that actually matters. I got tired of surface-level noise, so I decided to start asking the real stuff out loud. And if you watch the show, you know food is always in the mix. That’s not by accident. Food is the reset button. The second you sit down to eat with someone, the armor comes off. Cooking forces you to slow down, and sharing a meal gives people permission to be real. When I’m on camera talking about food and mindset, I’m not lecturing. I’m just pulling up a chair. So answer me for real today. Drop the script, cut through the noise, and ask yourself: Are you actually happy? Hit reply. I’m reading.
